Natalee currently works as a Project Associate at the University of Chicago Crime Lab New York and is a David Bohnett Public Service Fellow in NYU Wagner’s MPA class of 2020. Before joining CLNY, Natalee worked at the National Urban League, a civil rights organization devoted to the economic empowerment of disadvantaged urban areas. Previously, Natalee was a research staff assistant at the Columbia Population Research Center where she worked on the Robin Hood Foundation’s Poverty Tracker, which was developed to more comprehensively study and measure poverty in New York City. Natalee has also served on the Participatory Review Committee of the NYC Fund for Girls of Young Women of Color at the New York Women’s Foundation.
