After graduating from Columbia University, Lizzie earned her law degree from the University of California, Berkeley where she was a co-founder of the Berkeley Immigration Group and worked with immigrants in removal proceedings. She then spent two years as a judicial law clerk for a federal district court judge. Now, Lizzie is a plaintiff-side employment and civil rights lawyer in New Haven, Connecticut. She thanks CSER for giving her the foundation and passion to pursue social justice and equal rights through legal advocacy.
