Join us on November 1st for Kevin Funk’s Lunchtime Seminar to discuss his new book, Rooted
Globalism: Arab–Latin American Business Elites and the Politics of Global Imaginaries. Based
on extensive fieldwork in Argentina, Brazil, and Chile, Funk illuminates how these elites
navigate their Arab ancestry, Latin American host cultures, and roles as protagonists of
globalization.
