As part of the Afro-Américas in Dialogue Series, this panel will commemorate Brazilian Black Awareness Day on Nov. 20. It will feature two Brazilian guest speakers, Letícia Nascimento and Sidnei Nogueira (Pai Sidnei), who will discuss activism and resistance in 2020 from the perspectives of the Black transfeminist movement and Afro-Brazilian religious communities.
